The Airport Corridor Communications Roundtable is an informal gathering of organizations that have business, economic development, and civic interests in the "Airport Corridor" of the Pittsburgh and Beaver County region. The AADC is a community-based not-for-profit organization that does research and provides information to assist the expansion and promotion of quality, organized development in, as well as the retention of business in, the region surrounding Pittsburgh International Airport. The area includes portions of Allegheny, Beaver and Washington Counties.

Airport Authority of Allegheny County

Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is a world-class facility that accommodates nearly 20 million travelers in nearly 450,000 aircraft operations per year. With more than 600 non-stop flights per day to 118 destinations, PIT is served by 25 air carriers as well as being US Airways largest hub. PIT has been frequently recognized for its quality in meeting traveler's needs. The OAG Worldwide recently listed the facility to its short list of the world's best airports. The market research leader, JD Power and Associates named PIT number two in mid-sized airports in its most recent customer satisfaction survey. Conde Nast Traveler's Magazine named PIT number one in the United States and number three in the world in its People's Choice Award.

Airport Corridor Transportation Association

ACTA (the Airport Corridor Transportation Association) is a membership based non-profit organization. ACTA offers programs that help businesses attract and retain employees by utilizing alternative ways to commute to work. ACTA has quarterly meetings featuring speakers of interest to businesses in the airport corridor area. ACTA also publishes the Parkway West Commuter distributed free to various sites in the area.

The Allegheny County Department of Economic works in the conjunction with the Airport Authority and the local municipalities to meet comprehensive land use and planning mandates. Through the Redevelopment Authority, one of six municipal authorities under the Department, the DOED manages the administration of state and federal redevelopment funds to support commercial development on County-owned property not directly related to aviation operations, such as the Airside Business Park.

Allegheny West Magazine

We are a high quality, full-color cover regional community publication that features the people, places, events, programs, activities, initiatives and growth that makes this western corner of Allegheny County near the Pittsburgh International Airport a vibrant place to live and work. Allegheny West Magazine serves as a tool to market this area in a positive way and to inform those who live and work here of news and events that impact their lives.

Beaver County Chamber of Commerce

The purpose of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce is to strengthen and demonstrate the business value of Beaver County, so that Beaver County businesses prosper and Beaver County grows. The BCCC supports over 500 businesses in Beaver County!! As a member of the Beaver County Link, the Beaver County Chamber has only strengthened business advocacy in Beaver County. This coordinated effort exists to assist businesses in Beaver County and to further economic development in the region.

In its thirteenth year of operation, the Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development (CED) is the lead economic development agency for Beaver County. CED's mission is to undertake activities to expand and diversify the Beaver County economy. Its mission is dedicated to enhancing economic development by facilitating private investment and job creation, and is managed by a highly motivated volunteer Board of Directors.

Helping Beaver County Think Big. --BIG works to implement a long-term strategy to rebuild Beaver County's economic base through new jobs and investment. --To generate consensus within Beaver County to promote the attainment of state funding. --To put others' needs first in a way that is not necessarily intended to bring recognition to BIG, but to the businesses that they serve and ultimately Beaver County. --To bring projects to the attention of a wide range of people to create synergy and facilitate open dialogue.

Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce

The Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce exists to serve the needs and interests of our members, promotes their businesses through activities which encourage interaction among members and with others, and strives to improve the economic environment of the airport corridor.

Pittsburgh Points West was founded to achieve several goals. First, to build a web presence for communities west of the City of Pittsburgh with local sites of interest, education, government, business and retail all in one place. Pittsburgh Points West has proven a be a good tool to network with other business members of the communities it serves.
